2. a gratuity or tip.

3. an unexpected or indirect benefit.

EVENT SUBMISSION

We are busy designing the 2016-2017 Lagniappe (student planner), and would like to offer departments, offices and student organizations the opportunity to advertise their events. This year, date specific events may be submitted below. Submissions for the 2016-2017 Lagniappe are now open, by logging in below, until Friday, April 29, 2016.

WHO RECEIVES A FREE LAGNIAPPE?

Each first-year student receives a Lagniappe during New Student Week (NSW) and all returning students are invited to receive a Lagniappe at their convenience throughout the academic year from the Student Activities Office.  Additionally, each campus department is sent one hard copy prior to the start of fall term via campus mail.

All Carleton faculty, staff and students have the option to view the Lagniappe digitally as a "flipbook". It is also printable and available for download as a PDF document.
