The end of the fiscal year (June 30) is fast approaching. We would appreciate your taking note of the following:
- Equipment and supply purchases which you want charged to this fiscal year (2003-2004) must be received by June 30. Please place your order(s) with sufficient lead time to both receive the order and for the order to be invoiced.
- Please search your desks for any outstanding invoices, purchase order gold copies, or travel advances which need to be accounted for and forward that information to us as soon as possible.
