Pepsi and Coke to Share Campus Vending
Following approval by the Carleton Student Association Senate during winter term, Carleton will be renewing its vending contract with Pepsi-Cola. Senate also decided to end Carleton’s relationship with Cadbury Schweppes brands (7-Up, RC Cola, A&W, etc.) and bring Coca-Cola back to campus. Coke machines are slated to be installed in Sayles-Hill, Burton, Rec Center, Goodhue, Musser, Myers, and Watson. The transition will take place March 25 through 27 as the new contracts become effective April 1. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Spring Term Fire Drills
Security Services will be conducting annual fire drills in the following buildings during the week of April 6 through 10: CMC, Goodsell Hall, Laird Hall, Language and Dining Center, Recreation Center, Scoville Hall, and Sayles-Hill.
In addition to inspecting the operation of the building fire alarm system, a fire drill provides each department with an opportunity to review and practice its evacuation plan.
With your continued cooperation, each drill should only take between five and ten minutes.
