Look for interactive cooking demonstrations and “Low Carbon Makeovers” of favorites in your café: Beef Bourguignon in which the beef and dairy have been replaced by Bean Bourguignon at Burton Dining Hall and at East Dining Hall the Cheesesteak Sandwich will have a Low Carbon Makeover and be replaced by Madeira Glazed Portobello Steak Sandwich.
