At dinner on Tuesday, November 15th, LDC is featuring Arielle Haase’s Recipe from Home – Kugel. Arielle’s mother submitted this traditional Kugel recipe that they make every year to honor Arielle’s grandmother. The LDC cooks are excited to make this recipe for the Carleton students.

LDC is featuring a Fall Harvest Menu at lunch. We hope to see you there! Featuring Honey Brined Ferndale Market Turkey, Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Traditional Turkey Dressing at Cucina Station. At Wild Thymes, we have vegan Thanksgiving Torte, Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Lemon Maple Squash, House Made Cranberry Sauce and Black Pepper Biscuits.

Join us with your feedback at our first Dining Board meeting of the year! Dining Board meets every other Thursday beginning September 22. Dining Board is a committee composed of students appointed by CSA Senate and staff from Dining Services, Auxiliary Services, and Residential Life. The purpose of Dining Board is to discuss any and all issues related to the resident board program. Menus, nutrition, service, meal plans, local food, and sustainability are common topics. The meetings are open to anyone in the community and are advertised in advance in the NNB and the College events calendar. Fall Term Dining Board meetings will be held in the Class of '51 Room in LDC.
