At dinner on Tuesday, November 15th, LDC is featuring Arielle Haase’s Recipe from Home – Kugel. Arielle’s mother submitted this traditional Kugel recipe that they make every year to honor Arielle’s grandmother. The LDC cooks are excited to make this recipe for the Carleton students.

At Wild Thymes, we have vegan Thanksgiving Torte, Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Lemon Maple Squash, House Made Cranberry Sauce and Black Pepper Biscuits.
