5K for HOPE

Welcome to the 5K For Hope signup page! This run/walk benefits the HOPE Center, whose mission is to create zero tolerance for sexual and domestic violence through Healing, Outreach, Prevention and Education. The 5K for Hope is open to all!

Fun Walk/Run!
The walk/run will is 11 am on Saturday, May 11, 2013 and will begin at the Carleton College Rec Center.

Pre-registration check in 10:15-10:45 am

Same Day Registration 10:00-10:30 am (a few spots remain!)

As of May 10 we only have 20 spots remaining.

We will have a clock at the end of the trail, but please be aware that the race will not be officially timed. The walk/run is open to all ages and leashed pets are welcome.

In Case of Rain
In the case of rain, the race will continue as scheduled. However, in the case of truly inclement weather (lightning, etc.) the race will be delayed two hours. We will do our best to notify you via email the morning of the race, should the forecast be of concern.

Early registration rates are now over. You can still pre-register online but registration is now $15 and t-shirts are only available while supplies last. Same-day registration is also possible with CASH OR CHECK ONLY. All proceeds go to the Hope Center. Please choose one of the payment options below (OneCard or credit card) and remember you must pay AND fill out the waiver in order to be fully registered!


Parking will be available in the lot behind the Recreation Center, look for 5k signs.  Overflow parking will be available off highway 19 by the lower Arb entrance, look for 5k signs. 

The HOPE Center
The mission of HOPE Center is to create zero tolerance for sexual and domestic violence through Healing, Outreach, Prevention and Education. Through innovative programming, they offer direct support to victims of violence in Rice County, collaborative support to other organizations that serve victims, and educational support to the entire community.
