ITS Helpdesk

General and immediate computing support for faculty and staff and students is provided by the ITS Helpdesk, in the first floor lab wing of the CMC. Call x5999 for assistance. The ITS Helpdesk is staffed at the following times during the academic terms:

Mon–Thu: 7:30AM–1:00AM
Fri: 7:30AM–9:00PM
Sat: 10:00AM–9:00PM
Sun: 10:00AM–1:00AM 

Summer hours are Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm.

Support for student organizations is provided by Doug Bratland, x5462. 

Classroom projection and sound support

For Classroom projection and sound support, please call PEPS at x5002. PEPS also handles audio/visual support for events and videotaping of events.
