Kristin Partlo and Ann Zawistoski contributed their paper, "Library Confidential: Boundaries and Benefits of Demystifying Student Appointments for Faculty" to ACRL 2011.  Kristin presented the paper at the ACRL 2011 conference on Friday, April 1, 2011.

Do your faculty know why students come to you? Do you share what struggles they bring to reference desks and consultations? At Carleton College, we took advantage of the established learning and teaching community to share this information with our faculty, while speaking their language and also raising some of the ethical questions implied. Come and learn more about how we position ourselves as members of the learning community.
