In this artist's talk, New York artist Maureen Cummins will show slides from the last twenty years of her career. She will also discuss the ways in which she--and every artist--draws on their own inner creativity to establish an ongoing life as an artist.

Maureen Cummins was recently featured in the New York Times in the article: "More Than Art Books, the Books are the Art," published October 5, 2012.

Cummins' artwork is also included in Hand, Voice, & Vision: Artists' Books From Women's Studio Workshop, now on display at Gould Library.
