Kelly Connole (Professor of Art, Carleton), Kate Fisher (Visiting Assistant Professor of Art, St. Olaf) and Juliane Shibata (Visiting Assistant Professor of Art, Carleton) educate students while maintaining active creative lives outside the classroom. While their bodies of work differ significantly, each of them frequently engages the structure of a cup: practicing, refining, and re-visiting this ancient form. Visit the Athenaeum this winter to see their recent work.
