Robert C. LarsonThrough formal exhibitions, the display of artworks and objects, and activities that engage the Carleton community, the Robert C. Larson ’56 Art in the Library Program fosters aesthetic appreciation, intellectual curiosity, and interdisciplinary connections.

Acknowledging a lifetime commitment to education and the arts, this program is named in honor of former trustee Robert “Bob” C. Larson ’56. Elected as a trustee in 1993, Mr. Larson played a pivotal role in setting Carleton’s direction and maintaining the school’s commitment to excellence. Carleton is grateful for the leadership and support of this remarkable alumnus, donor, volunteer and friend.

Zoe AdlerCarleton’s Curator of the Robert C. Larson ’56 Art in the Library Program, Zoe Adler, studied art history at Haverford College and architecture at the University of Minnesota. She welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with alumni, faculty, and students across all disciplines on library exhibitions.
