Calendar: LTC Events, Workshops, & Book Groups

The LTC hosts a variety of events each term. 

  • LTC Lunches are open to all members of the Carleton community and lunch is provided for 50 people. 
  • Targeted Audience Lunches are discussion based and intended for members of the community who have a vested interest in the topic.  We ask that you RSVP for these lunches so that reading materials or discussion questions can be sent out before beforehand.

Increasing Participation and Success for All Students in STEM Courses and Majors at Carleton: Student Views

The presentation will discuss findings from  the second part of participatory action research study on the experiences of under-represented students in STEM courses and majors at Carleton. The research team consists of faculty and students. We will discuss our findings from student interviews conducted this past year on their experiences in STEM classes and departments.
