PE 189: Tai Chi

Tai-Chi embodies four aspects: health, self-defense, meditation and philosophy. This class will explore all of these aspects along with slow and relaxed movements, combined with body awareness, deep breathing and energy work, provide numerous health benefits. Above all, the benefits include stress management and stress relief. Prerequisite: PE 140 or 157
