Requesting a Transcript

The Registrar's Office is currently working remotely. This means paper transcripts may experience some delay.  Electronic transcripts are sent three times daily.

Services that require that a form be attached to a transcript may be able to process the transcript without that form. Please check with the receiving body to determine if that is possible.  AMCAS is recommending that institutions consider transmitting transcripts electronically to avoid added delays in application processing.

Carleton offers official transcripts in electronic or paper formats at no charge. Official transcripts are processed twice every business day. Electronic transcripts generally arrive within two days of the request and paper transcripts are generally mailed within two business days of the request.

If you need a paper transcript to reach its destination more quickly than standard USPS delivery times, we offer expedited delivery options for a fee, which you can pay online.
