Vending Refunds

Please complete this form if you have experienced a vending machine failure. Regardless of whether you paid in Schillers or cash, refunds will be credited to your Schiller account within one business day.

Note: If you are a guest of the college and do not have a OneCard, please check the appropriate box below and provide a mailing address in order to receive authorization for a cash refund. Cash refunds may take several days to process and will require a trip to the Business Office after you receive the authorization form.
