Win 9x Login Error

ERROR ALERT WHILE TRYING TO LOG ON TO NOVELL

FOR WINDOWS 95/98 ONLY

1) Right click on Network Neighborhood icon on the desktop.

2) Click on properties.

3) Click on IPX compatible protocol and then click properties and then advanced. After you reach advanced, go to frame type and selectedEthernet 802.3 Click OK.

4) go to back to Network Neighborhood icon on desktop and click on it.

5) This time click on IPX 32-bit Protocol. Click on properities next. In "properties" click on Advanced IPX. In "Advanced IPX", go to the pull down menu that says frame types. Select Ethernet 802.3 Click on OK.

6) Click O.K. again. The computer should automatically show a box that says "building drive database"

7) If everything goes as expected, you should be prompted to restart your computer. "RESTART YOUR COMPUTER"

You should now be able to log onto Novell without this error.
