Topic:
Who hasn't heard the question, "can I sue for that?" Well . . . the correct answer is, anyone can sue for anything. The real question is "will you win the lawsuit. We will explore the who is at fault for what and how to protect yourself in your business and personal life.  In today's society, it is not enough to do the right thing, you have to PROVE you did the right thing.

From your contract to build a house, to a customer falling on your steps in winter, you need to know how to protect yourself and how the system works. Knowledge is power.

We will also take any questions on law school, the law practice or whether "you can sue for that."
