Registration Deadline: Pillars of Wall Street 2-Day Training Workshop
The Carleton Career Center has partnered with St. Olaf to provide a 2-day financial training workshop, Pillars of Wall Street* which will bridge classroom theory with practical applications for a career in finance. If you have considered or are pursuing a career in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance, we strongly recommend participating in this training course.
Get a head start with Pillars of Wall Street’s Financial Modeling and Valuation Workshops specifically designed for undergraduates. All class years and majors are encouraged to participate.
*Pillars of Wall Street was co‐founded by Matthew Holaves and Aalok Mody, who have worked together as investment bankers and financial trainers for several years. They have executed numerous M&A and financing transactions and led financial training programs across the globe.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
DAY 1: Sunday, April 7, 9am-5pm at Carleton College, Weitz Room 236
- Financial statement analysis review
- Valuation fundamentals
DAY 2: Sunday, April 14, 9am-5pm at St. Olaf College, Regents Hall of Natural Sciences (RNS) 150
- Introduction to Excel and 3 statement forecasting
- Overview of an investment bank
Registration deadline: Wednesday, April 3rd, click to register!
Fee Information: The Career Center is providing financial support, so there will be no charge to Carleton students to participate in this highly regarded training program. However, if you do NOT attend both of the sessions, your student account will be billed $50.00. You have until Wednesday, April 3rd to cancel. After that date your student account will be charged if you do not attend. The transaction description will appear as 'Pilllars of Wall Street'.
