Elite Scholars of China (ESC) is looking for Educational Consultants to join their team. ESC helps China’s brightest and most promising high school students apply to America’s most prestigious colleges.

Educational Consultant:
As an Educational Consultant, you will serve as a mentor for top high school students, guiding them through the American college application process. You will work one-on-one with Chinese students to brainstorm essay ideas, develop their writing skills, practice interview skills, navigate their educational options, and help them to achieve their educational aspirations.
As a part of a rapidly growing organization, you will also experience the momentum and excitement of a start-up. At ESC, Educational Consultants play an integral role in developing the organization. Spring and summer months at ESC have an entrepreneurial feel as Educational Consultants work on projects that utilize their special talents or stretch them in new ways. Projects may involve marketing, curriculum development, IT, recruiting, and other strategic projects that help develop and improve ESC. Given the intensive training and investment that ESC makes in every Educational Consultant, we have designed this as a two-year position.
