Research Position for Graduating Students - Dr. Sunil David at UMN

Dr. Sunil David and his lab in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Minnesota are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and hard-working students that are interested in research experience - specifically those that are taking a gap year or would like more experience before moving onto medical/graduate school. The lab is primarily looking for students interested in medicine, but they are open to those who are interested in pursuing research/graduate studies. This is a full-time position, with an anticipated start date in January/February of 2018. His research involves studying and exploring mechanisms of innate immune stimulation and their potential utility as vaccine adjuvants. The research group is also working on a project to develop subunit vaccines for Zika, Dengue, West Nile Viruses as well as HIV.
