Classy or Trashy? Stardom and Embodied Celebrity Through Kim Kardashian West, seeks to explore the progression in culture from having movie stars to having popular celebrities. Definitions of stardom, celebritism and their evolutions across time will be explored and complexified towards a new type of celebrity: Embodied Celebrity, by casing out Kim Kardashian West’s career.

  • 9:30 am - Ryan Wetzel will present 'My Family's Little War'. This presentation analyzes the screenplay, Words Left Behind. It is an exploration of the complex relationships in a family that is in the midst of tearing itself apart. Relatives fight to gain sole ownership over a substantially lucrative property, which an affluent grandfather left behind without a beneficiary... or so it seems.
