Stephen Lamb, Senior Associate Director, Faculty Support, and Fabio da Silva Soares ’19, economics and math major from Carleton, and Researcher at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business will be holding a virtual information session on what pre-docs are and how to prepare for them. Pre-docs are an increasingly prevalent opportunity along the pipeline to a research career in the quantitative social sciences.
Stephen and Fabio will be promoting several Research Professional roles. Students with an interest in computer science, economics, political science, sociology, psychology, statistics, and math are encouraged to preview the job postings.
