Nathan Stock talk

Drawing on recent quantitative and qualitative field research, and years of engagement on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, analyst Nathan Stock will highlight trends on the ground which will stoke Israeli-Palestinian violence in the months and years to come. He will explore the crisis in Palestinian politics and the disaffection of Palestinian youth, as a driver for further instability. He will contrast these negative trends with an Israeli consensus that the conflict cannot be solved and an emerging Israeli drive to annex outright Palestinian territory.

Nathan Stock is the director of the Carter Center Israel-Palestine Field Office. He leads Carter Center efforts to facilitate the reunification of the Palestinian political system while helping to promote viable peace between Israelis and Palestinians.
