Andrew Kaufman's paper wins APSA award

An undergraduate paper by political science major Andrew Kaufman '07 has been awarded the best undergraduate paper award on the presidency by the Presidency Research Group of the American Political Science Association. His paper, "Historical Continuities in Presidential Debates," was completed in a seminar taught by Steven Schier. Rebecca Stark '05 won the award last year. This is the first time in the history of the award that it has been won by students from the same institution two years in a row.
