The evening starts (7-8 pm) with Carleton dance professor Judith Howard, Olive Bieringa and Otto Ramstad or BodyCartography Project discussing the 2016-17 residency and FELT ROOM and LINEAGE -- two new dances presented at the Perlman this term.  FELT ROOM, phase one, then launches in the Kaemmer Family Gallery from 8 to 10 pm.  This experimental dance installation is designed to be more felt than seen.

FELT ROOM, phase one, will be in development during the Carleton residency.  In addition to members of Carleton's Semaphore Dance Company, this performance installation features performers Anna Marie Shogren, Sarah Baumert, Arwen Wilder, Emma Barber; with sound by Justin Jones and light by Mike Wangen.
