Feminist Self-Defense: Transnational Travails & Triumphs

Dhiviya David will focus on the challenges, debates, and issues surrounding feminist self-defense, particularly in South Asia and Europe. She will share her experiences of teaching feminist self-defense in different contexts as well as highlight issues and challenges of working in different socioeconomic and cultural contexts.  Dhiviya has been part of the feminist movement in India for the past 15 years.
