Due to the postponement of the Commencement ceremony, refunds are now being processed for any housing payments that have been made.

Carleton College offers limited overnight accommodations in the residence halls during Commencement Weekend for guests of graduating seniors.  Guests are housed in rooms vacated by students and share the building with students who are staying through Commencement.  Single, double, and triple rooms are available and share a common floor bathroom. Linen packets with a pillow, blanket, sheets, towel and a washcloth are provided.  The residence halls are not air-conditioned, and we recommend that individuals with smoke allergies or asthma not stay in the residential halls. Pets are not allowed.

Rooms may be reserved for the nights of Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13.  Guest accommodations will open at 11 a.m. on Friday and close at noon on Sunday.  The cost is $40 per night for a single room, $70 per night for a double room, and $100 per night for a triple room.  Room keys will be available at the table in Sayles-Hill Great Space on Friday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

To reserve guest accommodations in the residence halls, please fill out and submit the Commencement Guest Housing Reservation form by May 22.  All reservations must be prepaid and the form will require your credit card information before the reservation is complete.  After May 22, any remaining rooms may be available on Friday, June 12 on a first come basis.
