Monday, June 8, 2020

7:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Breakfast in East Dining Hall

11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Senior Art Show in the Perlman Teaching Museum, Weitz Center for Creativity

8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Activity Wristbands (required for admittance to the Karaoke 'Knight', Bowlero, Senior Banquet, and Senior Prom) will be available for pick-up at the Student Activities Office (Sayles 051).

It is imperative that you have your wristband and keep it on through Wednesday night or you will not be able to enter the private events at Froggys, Bowlero or Senior Prom. Please note, we do not allow students to pick up wristbands for each other. If you have questions or need special accommodations of any kind, please email Elliott Courchaine as soon as possible.

Karaoke "Knight" at Froggy Bottoms

Senior Week wristband required. Government-issued ID needed to purchase alcohol. OneCards cannot be used for proof of age. Due to venue capacity, no guests are permitted. This is a private event for the Class of 2019 and closed to the public. Appetizers provided throughout the night.

Tuesday, June 9

7:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Note: The Meal Plans along with Dining Dollars expire at 10:00 a.m.  OneCards for graduating seniors will be activated to allow continued access to meals during Senior Week through Commencement.

Schillers are valid through Commencement.  Graduating seniors with a Schillers balance of $20 or more will automatically be issued a refund check from the business office in July (minus any outstanding fees due the College).

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Bowlero: An Off-Campus Celebration!

Bowlero offers free bowling, laser tag, arcade games, billiards, and appetizers. This is a private event for the Class of 2019 and their guests. The facility is closed to the public. Wristband required to board buses. A government-issued ID is required for the purchase of alcohol. OneCards cannot be used for proof of age.

Buses will board at Sayles at 7:45 p.m. and depart at 8:00 p.m. sharp. Buses will return to campus at approximately 11:30 p.m. All attendees must ride the bus to Bowlero and back to campus.
Please do not carpool or use personal vehicles to get to Bowlero, as you will not be admitted. Only students and guests arriving on the Carleton-provided buses will be granted access to Bowlero. No food, beverages, backpacks, or bags of any kind allowed on the buses. If you are bringing a guest, they will receive and must sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to boarding.

There is no admission charge for Carleton seniors. One guest per senior is permitted ($40). Fee for guests are paid with Schillers using this link. Guests must be registered online by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 9.

Wednesday, June 10

10:00 a.m.
"Fun on the Run" at the Recreation Center.  Run with classmates out to the wind turbine and back (roughly 5 miles).  Free T-shirts for everyone who participates!

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Brunch in East Dining Hall

12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Senior Art Show in the Perlman Teaching Museum, Weitz Center for Creativity

1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Intramural Games at the Recreation Center.  Last Chance to win that IM Champion T-shirt!

1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Bucket List Bouldering and Climbing.  If you have yet to Boulder or Climb, there is no better time than today to cross it off your Bucket List!

5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Dinner for non-seniors in East Dining Hall

5:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Senior Banquet at the Chapel Lawn Tent

The Senior Banquet (reception and dinner) is your first formal event for Carleton alumni. The dining halls are closed to seniors this evening. Carleton formal dress is requested. No guests permitted. This event is sponsored by the Alumni Relations Office. Please contact Leila Keita,

9:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Senior Prom at The Grand Entertainment Center (316 Washington Street)

This is a private event and a Senior Week wristband is required for admittance. A government-issued ID is needed for purchase of alcohol. OneCards cannot be used for proof of age. Seniors are allowed one guest, but must be registered in advance by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 9 ($25). Unregistered guests will be turned away at the door. In an effort to reduce waste at Commencement, we are encouraging everyone to have a refillable water bottle, which can be filled inside any campus building, and at outdoor refilling stations located at both ends of the Bald Spot.
