"Into the Community" sponsored by the Center for Community and Civic Engagement (CCCE) in the West Gym.  Remember working with us to pull buckthorn during the "Into the Arb" NSW event your freshmen year?  You bonded with your classmates while learning about the Carleton Arboretum and the CCCE.  Before you leave Carleton, let's have one more fun experience together while giving to a good cause.  Come down to West Gym, the headquarters of the Lighten Up garage sale, to help sort, organize, and collect student donations.  Last year we raised over $32,000 for local non profits (Project Friendship, Special Olympics, and the Northfield Union of Youth) and with your help we hope to match that again this year.  Bring a water bottle and wear work clothes.
