Founders Court

The Carleton Founders Court is a permanent memorial to those whose personal philanthropy built and continues to sustain the college.

William Carleton Medal

The William Carleton Medal represents a signal honor conferred by Carleton’s Board of Trustees in recognition of extraordinary support of the school.

Cowling Cup

Established in 2001, the Donald J. Cowling Cup is awarded for distinguished achievement by an individual in any field of endeavor or for extraordinary service to Carleton.

Annual Fund Three Oaks Society

  • $2,500–4,999 level
  • $5,000–9,999 level
  • $10,000–24,999 level
  • $25,000–49,999 level
  • $50,000-99,999 level
  • $100,000 and above level

Three Oaks Society for Young Alumni

  • $500 and above for those who graduated 1-4 years ago
  • $1,000 and above for those who graduated 5-9 years ago

Annual Fund Gould Society

  • Recognizes all alumni who have made three or more consecutive annual gifts to the Alumni Annual Fund.
  • The society is named after former beloved President Laurence McKinley Gould. Perpetual support for Carleton is something Larry Gould believed in quite strongly, and he is famously quoted as saying, “You are forever a part of Carleton, and Carleton is forever a part of you.”
