Investigational Procedures
If you choose to participate in this study, you will indicate your willingness by clicking below on the link to the online survey. The survey that you will complete asks you to briefly describe the goals of your organization and its activities related to policy advocacy. With your written consent below, we would like to post your answers on our website OrganizingToday.com, so that others may learn about your organization. It will require only a few minutes of time to answer the questions in our survey. Our website will feature a map that will show the physical address of your organization as a map-marker (and affiliates if appropriate), with a link from the map-marker to the self-descriptive information about your organization, which you provide in the survey.
Risks and Benefits
This investigational procedure does not pose any more risk than you experience in normal daily living. If you participate in this study, your organization may enjoy benefits of publicly sharing information about your organization’s work through our website OrganizingToday.com. You may also experience the satisfaction that comes with research and discovery as you participate and learn about other organizations from our website OrganizingToday.com. We appreciate your assistance in our research effort and hope you will find the experience rewarding. We do not promise, however, that you will receive any of these benefits.
