Phillip Rhodes (Humanities) releases CD.

Phillip Rhodes, composer-in-residence and the Andrew W. Mellon Professor of the Humanities, released a CD titled “With a Mountain View,” a collection of works derived from sources in the traditional music of the Appalachian South. This collection also features performances by other outstanding musicians from the Carleton faculty including the Veblen Quartet, Hector Valdivia, associate professor of music and the S. Eugene Bailey Director of the Orchestra, and Anne Mayer, the Dye Family Professor Emerita of Music.
