Good Willsmith / CHANDELIERS / X^2

Live music in the Cave

Saturday, February 28th, 2015
9:00 pm – 12:00 am / The Cave

Good Willsmith is one of the coolest experimental music acts in the country today (in my opinion) and it's really a serious treat to be able to see them at the Cave. CHANDELIERS play electronic dance / r and b music that is seriously good and will be very, very fun to dance too. The dancing will be first. The tripping out over Good Willsmith will come after, around 12. Carleton's own X^2 will open, and if you heard him on Live at the Cave a few weeks ago you know it's gonna be very chill.

Both GoodWillsmith and CHANDELIERS will have visuals by brownshoesonly, who has done really awesome stuff for people like Neon Indian, The National, M83, Pretty Lights, Psychic Ills, Prince Rama, and many more. And the stuff he's able to do with smaller, weirder bands is probably (I think) more interesting, also, which is what he will be doing at the Cave. He's bringing a 20 foot projector screen, so look out for that.
