Cujokra Improv Comedy

Cujokra is Carleton College's premier improvised comedy troupe, and the oldest existing comedy group on campus. Previously known as two independent groups (Cujokra and The Harriers) Cujokra has since combined into a single group. Founded in 1987 by Mike Roddy ('89) and Becky Biegelsen ('89), Cujokra continues today, performing long form and short form improvised comedic scenes for audiences of Carleton students and staff, friends, and family. Notable alumni from the group include Peter Gwinn ('93) who wrote for the popular Comedy Central show "The Colbert Report." and Charlie Imhoff and Laura Levitt ('17) who formed "Looch" the most powerful union to ever come from New Hampshire AND Boston
