Medical Services:

Appointments – for when you want to schedule your care in advance

Same Day Care – for when you need to be seen on short notice--subject to provider availability.

Phone Triage – for when you have questions about whether you need to receive care or wonder whether you should be seen at SHAC or at a local clinic

Counseling Services:

Individual -  Short-term 1:1 care with a counselor that understands the Carleton experience

Group –  Counselor-facilitated support with your peers who share similar experiences and concerns

Skills-based workshops - develop understanding and learn skills to manage distress, enhance resilience and battle perfectionism and procrastination.  No registration necessary! 

Urgent on-call – 24/7/365 access to phone consultation with a counselor after-hours (nights/weekends/breaks)

Online Medical appointment scheduling – reserve medical appointments online, 24/7, for greater convenience

Secure Student/Provider messaging – communicate with SHAC staff in a secure, confidential manner via our e-messaging system

Pre-Visit Medical & Intake Counseling Forms – save time by filling out info before appointments

Immunization Manager – upload your vaccinations online

Automated Appointment Reminders – receive e-mail reminders of your upcoming appointments in SHAC
