Koru Mindfulness is a 4 session course that will teach you the skills of mindfulness. It also helps you build the habit of using it in your daily life on a regular basis. Classes meet at SHAC (Davis 03). Search korumindfulness.org for more information.

Koru Section 1; Winter 2020 : Wednesdays, 1:15-2:30pm, starting week 2: Jan 15, Jan 22, Jan 29, and Feb 5.

While developed for "emerging adults", those of us who have emerged a bit already find it helpful. Three of the 12 available spots are reserved for staff and faculty.
