Koru Mindfulness is a 4 session course that will teach you the skills of mindfulness. It also helps you build the habit of using it in your daily life on a regular basis. Classes meet at SHAC (Davis 03). Search korumindfulness.org for more information.


Koru Section II; Winter 2020 : Tuesday afternoons, 4-5:15pm, starting week 6: Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, and March 4. 

While developed for "emerging adults", those of us who have emerged a bit already find it helpful. Three of the 12 available spots are reserved for staff and faculty.
