The Perlman Teaching Museum’s spring exhibit showcased the work of nine Irish photographers. Displayed in the museum’s Braucher Gallery, Post-Picturesque: Photographing Ireland represented the first time the work of many of the artists had been exhibited in the United States. The photographers are Gary Coyle, Martin Cregg, David Farrell, Paul Gaffney, Anthony Haughey, Miriam O’Connor, Jill Quigley, Anna Rackard, and Ruby Wallis.

“These artists respond to the celebrated Irish rural landscape with new aesthetic and critical approaches,” says museum director and curator Laurel Bradley.
