Not the Usual Path, A Calling To Lead
Paula Hart '77, Minnesota President & CEO, Volunteers of America

Paula Hart’s career path, from philosophy major at Carleton to leader of one of the state’s oldest and most comprehensive non-profits, was a journey with some interesting stops along the way. Hart will describe her transformation from philosopher, seller of high fashion, chief operating officer at Courage Center and finally receiving her calling as a servant leader at VOA Minnesota. Hart will describe how she leads an organization delivering more than $40 million in services to thousands of Minnesotans in need each year.

Treat yourself to a tasty and inexpensive breakfast.  Reservations are not necessary.  Suggestions for speakers are always welcome.  Contact program coordinator Bob Carlson '68 with your ideas.
