In this newsletter, I focus on things that came up when we did a survey of the community on their attitudes toward the LTC. I have chosen several main issues from the survey. After summarizing the survey, I include some personal reactions to the sessions we have had on student concerns such as social identities and trigger warnings. The final item is on programs for mentoring new faculty.
