Each group, led by a facilitator, will begin with round robin introductions. Everyone - including accompanying spouses or partners - can make a three or four minute summary of related experience, an anecdote of a special event or achievement or challenge, or provocative questions. After the first round, common themes will emerge for deeper discussion. Tentative groups include:

• International (foreign policy, development assistance, travel)
• Local Engagement (school boards, libraries, community organizations, electoral politics, anti-poverty efforts, civil rights, housing, charitable projects)
• The Arts as Practitioner or Supporter  (music, handicrafts, literature, theater, dance, painting, museums, popular and high culture)
• Science and Environment, and Social Media
• Medicine and Health, Drug Legalization and Treatment
• Business and Law (entrepreneurs, investors, managers)
  
• Economics (social equity, growth, national policy)
