Reflections on a Nonpartisan Career at the Minnesota Legislature
Mark Shepard graduated from Carleton in 1974 and from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1978. For the past 35 years he has worked as a legislative analyst in the Minnesota House of Reprentatives Research Department. House Research is a nonpartisan office that provides research and bill drafting services to the members of the Minnesota House of Representatives.
