“Lolita gets a 21st-century spin in this gripping debut… Nadzam has a crisp, fluid writing style, and her dialogue is reminiscent of Sam Shepard’s…it’s a fine first effort: storytelling as accomplished as it is unsettling.” —Publishers Weekly
“A disturbing and elusive novel about manipulation and desperate friendship.” —Kirkus Reviews
Bonnie was the Daehler Fellow in Creative Writing at Colorado College and recently received her PhD from the University of Southern California. She has moved to Fort Collins and is working on two new books.
RSVP’s are appreciated to Nancy Evenson Steedman '80 to plan for tables at the restaurant. If you need any assistance, contact the Alumni Relations Office at 800-729-2586 or alumni-office@carleton.edu.
