Join the Belwin Conservancy's Membership Coordinator, Ned Phillips ’01, and its Director of Ecological Restoration, Tara Kelly, for a brief talk about what the organization is doing and for a guided walk through some of the Belwin Conservancy's beautiful restored prairies. After the tour, be sure to stop by the bison observation platform to get a look at Belwin's most popular residents!

The Belwin Conservancy's 1,364 acre preserve is home to a huge variety of ecosystems including restored and remnant prairies, oak savanna, woodlands, rich fen, and more. The nonprofit Belwin Conservancy uses careful management and innovative ecological restoration techniques to care for and expand one of the largest private preserves in the Twin Cities.
