Bill is the Executive Director of Nice Ride Minnesota, a public bike sharing program starting up next spring in Minneapolis. Nice Ride will provide access to 1,000 bikes in 80 self-service kiosks in many Minneapolis areas, including Uptown, Midtown, Downtown, and the University of Minnesota campus. Bill will discuss the Nice Ride program and its development, as well as its potential impacts on health and the urban landscape.
