A Play and Dinner

Purple Rose Theatre

Please join Carleton friends, parents and alums for a performance of Corktown.  After the play, please join us for dinner at the Common Grill, which is about one block from the theater.

“From the creator of Bleeding Red, a heartbreaking and hopeful dark comedy about an extraordinary day in the life of a Detroit mobster who finds love under the most violent and dangerous circumstances.”

Cost:  $35 per ticket for the play (dinner is on your own).  To reserve your spot, please complete the form which was sent to you via U.S. mail or email, and send it along with your check (made payable to Carleton College) by January 29.  Payment must be received by January 29.  Please be sure to include on the form how many will attend the play and how many will join us for dinner.

Directions to the Purple Rose Theatre

From I-94 exit 159, go north approximately 2 miles until you reach downtown Chelsea.  The first downtown traffic light is Park.  Turn right.  The Theatre is on the left.  There is parking across the street and next to the theatre.
