May 14 - Jim Hilbert '89 -- Negotiation and Justice
Jim will share lessons from the front lines of negotiation and discuss some new ideas on how we build relationships and resolve differences. He also will address the latest thinking on negotiation and conflict resolution for topics international as well as interpersonal. Jim is Executive Director of the Center for Negotiation and Justice at William Mitchell College of Law, where he teaches negotiation and advanced dispute resolution. Jim is also Vice President, Professional Services for Alignor, an international negotiation firm.
