Carls and Ice Cream!
Join the Madison Carleton Club at Babcock Hall for a sweet presentation and hands-on demonstration on ice cream! Maya Warren ’07, UW graduate student in the UW Department of Food Science, will provide us with an insider’s look at how Babcock produces its ridiculously delicious ice cream. We will see where Maya does her research and explore 3 intriguing ways of making ice cream! There will be samples for all to enjoy. Come and get the inside SCOOP! Event is open to adults and kids 8-years and older.
Cost: $8 per person to cover ice cream making supplies. Cash or check accepted at the door.
