Arapahoe Basin’s infamous “Beach” scene cannot be replicated by any other ski resort in Colorado. The Early Riser parking lot is home to a stretch of prime real estate known as the “Beach” and backs up to the three lower mountain chairlifts, snow, and great skiable terrain. Carls will be gathering at beach space #3. So organize your fellow Carls, unpack your gear, turn on the gas grill, unfold your beach chairs, and get ready for a great time with co-hosts Kristine Cecil '84, Rick Levinson '68, and Katie Williams '10.
Cost: Skiing and snowboarding costs and lift passes are at the expense of the individual. Skiing or snowboarding is not required to attend but note that Arapahoe Basin doesn't have other activities such as snowshoeing, tubing, etc. Information for lift tickets can be found on the Arapahoe Basin website.
Further details on food and beverages, including suggestions on what you can bring, will be forthcoming.

Directions: Google Maps can be used for directions. More information about other transportation options and parking can be found online. Please note that there is limited parking at the Beach. Once the lot is full, you will need to park in another lot, then walk over to the designated gathering spot at the Beach.
