Dates, Expenses and Housing

DATES

January – mid-March 2017. Specific dates will be announced later.

HOUSING

Students will be housed in hotel suites or cabins accommodating anywhere from 2-5 students.  The majority of the lodging will be in double rooms. Dining will involve both communal and individual meals. Students will receive food allotments to cover their dining expenses.

EXPENSES

Carleton’s 2016-2017 comprehensive fee covers room and board, all program-related theater and museum tickets, and group travel while in California. Many incidental expenses are also included. Students are responsible for books, their own transportation to and from California, personal travel in California and beyond, and all additional personal expenses. Estimates for minimum expenses beyond airfare run from $400 to $600. Student financial aid is applicable as on campus.
